Cleopatra in the video game.

Cleopatra (Late 69 BC – August 12, 30 BC) was one of the most famous queens during Ancient Egypt and the last active pharaoh, only survived by her son, Caesarion as pharaoh.

Cleopatra didn't appear in the movies. Only her name is shown in the third film on an exhibit fact, but she does briefly appear in one of the blu-ray/dvd extras.

Night at the Museum: Battle for the Smithsonian

Cleopatra is encountered in the Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian video game after the player controls the two Anubis statues. Cleopatra begins taunting Larry Daley about the requirements for the tribute. Octavius and Larry began introducing themselves to her. Cleopatra gives the player a quest for him or her to complete. The player must retrieve a diamond for her found in the icy area. If the player gives it to her, he or she will complete the quest.

The player can also buy a rotation of Cleopatra in the store as an extra.

Cleopatra is voiced by Julie Nathanson.

Night at the Museum 3- Secret of the Tomb — Missing Cleopatra Scene

Cleopatra's name is shown on an exhibit sign when Larry and the gang are visiting Akhmenrah's mother and father, but she did not appear in the movie. However, she does briefly appear on one of the Blu-Ray Extras: "The Home of History: Behind the Scenes at The British Museum". In that video are scenes of Larry and the gang meeting Cleopatra. So the scenes were acted and shot, but it is unknown why it was omitted from the film, why it does not appear as one of the deleted/extended scenes on the Blu-Ray disc, or who the actress was who played her.
