When the Civil War manaquins were among the exhibits fighting in the lobby, Larry enlists them to help catch Cecil Fredericks, Gus, and Reginald, telling the to head over to the planetarium wing. Despite being at war with each other, both sides were willing to follow orders. Larry officially got them to bury the hatchet after telling them that the North won the Civil War, slavery was bad (he also assured the South, who understands the outcome of the war, that they get Allman Brothers and NASCAR), and they along with all the other exhibits will no longer be alive if they don't help get the Tablet of Ahkmenrah back. They both managed to corner Gus when the attempted to make of with some treasure.

The Civil War Mannesquins appered in the beginning when they start attacking as the tablet starts dying.

At the end of the film, the Civil War Soldiers are partying when the exhibits came back to life.
